Opening Ceremony of Multimedia Seminar for MASIDTALAK Class of 2023

On January 21, 2023 was indeed a significant day to the selected cadets from the graduating MASIDTALAK Class of 2023, because right after the conclusion of the Civil-Military Operations Crash Course on January 20, 2023 it formally starts the 10-day multi media production seminar-workshop which focuses on the advancement of multimedia. This strives to offer opportunities and paths for cadets to be able to develop their self-assurance and the necessary communication skills.

The Corps of Cadets and their future careers as police officers are also intended to be made aware of some of the causes and the importance of keeping up with the latest technological advancements. This initiative is leading the way to cater cadets' individual skill development through active participation in the academy's Police Community Relations endeavors. 


The 10-day multi media production seminar-workshop will be conducted by the team led by Major Cenon Pancito III PA. Part of the said course are the overview of the radio industry, tv and digital media productions, understand the concept of journalism and reporting. Pixel product development, Laws and Regulations of the Industry, Ethics in Radio Broadcasting, Radio Set-Up, Equipment Operation/Troubleshooting, OBS Operation and Live Streaming.


Moreover, part of the seminar is to create a multimedia product such as films, radio broadcasting and other multimedia products. After the seminar, the participants will put-up and establish the first ever multi-media studio in the academy dubbed as PNPA Teleradyo which will be aired regularly and live in the official page of PNPA.


With this activity, a cutting-edge platform will assist the cadets in navigating the modern, dynamic media environment and industry for the goal of community relations. Allowing them to learn and put  conceptual thinking, creative imagination, and ethical communication skills into practice towards the PNPA’s mission to provide a comprehensive education, training, and leadership development program to transform Cadets into God-centered, competent and trustworthy public safety leaders in our country.
